Af one day late bfn

Af one day late bfn I have very little cm and af is 4 days late (2 BFN's so far!!)....is that good or bad?? I wasnt sure & i cant find out what should happen to cm after implantation if it occurs on the internet anywhere...descriptions all stop just after ovulation!! or is it one of those things that it depends on the person??
